Here are some photos of my recently completed Space Clipper styrene kit from Moebius Models.
I purchased a photo-etch detail set and some PAN AM aftermarket decals to complement the panel decals included with the kit.
I also added an LED lighting system which illuminates the cockpit and control panels and the passenger cabin.
The photo-etch included figures of the pilots and stewardess as well as Haywood Floyd, seated in the correct seat and the only passenger on board from what we saw on screen.
First, some scenes from the film...

Great work, Trekriffic!
I love that ship's design. It is so much more appealing than the actually space shuttle. The detail of the model is astounding!
It makes me wish I could shrink down for an hour and wander around inside it. Beautiful, sir. Thanks for sharing this with us. _________________ ____________

Beautiful work!
I am greatly impressed! _________________ There comes a time, thief, when gold loses its lustre, and the gems cease to sparkle, and the throne room becomes a prison; and all that is left is a father's love for his child. |
