Linda Cristal, February 23, 1931 ~ June 27, 2020 has passed away at the age of 89.
Best remembered for her role as Victoria Cannon on the TV western "The High Chaparral" which ran for 4 seasons from 1967 to 1971.
Linda also appeared in the John Wayne 1960 film "The Alamo" which Wayne also produced, directed and starred in.
She also was directed by the legendary John Ford in the 1962 western "Two Rode Together" with Jimmy Stewart and Richard Widmark.
Linda guest starred on Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea in the episode "The City Beneath the Sea" from September 21, 1964.
Although Linda often played Mexican women in her career her father was French and her mother Italian.
Linda was born in Buenos Aires and raised in Uruguay.
Her parents tragically died from carbon monoxide poisoning in a car when Linda was 13 years old.
