Okay, it's official. I'm old. I watched that video, and I kept wondering how the poles were secured so there was so little wobble.

Wait . . . what? That was your take away?
David, watch it again and compare how much Angela Nelson's body undulates in comparison to the poles. Based on that, yeah, they were pretty rigid! However, she does put a flex in those guys when she's throwing herself all through the air, defying gravity wit — dare I say it — wild abandon!
