I have found Youtube to be a major source of SciFi movies and a LOT of it is early stuff. Almost every SciFi I saw growing is up is available.

There are some notables that are not available free, like HGW War of the Worlds original version, Robinson Cruso on Mars just to name a couple. They can be found free with ads, or Rent or Buy.

There are whole channels devoted to SciFi, check out if you have not, a lot of great stuff there.

I was on the phone today with an All Sci-Fi member who was excited about the fine versions of The Wild Wild West he'd been enjoying lately on YouTube — videos with clear pictures and good color!
