Bud suggested I post some photo's of my collection.
These are from a few months ago. It's mostly the same.
Except for the DST stuff I've built it all, some are scratch built, some are modified, and some are built OOTB.

That is a jaw-dripping collection, Mach7!
I'm curious about which room in your house contains the collection. I see one image that seems to show your work table, so perhaps they're all you workshop. But I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you had display shelves in more than one room — like some of you favorites in your living room. _________________ ____________

WOW!
Just plain … WOW! _________________ There comes a time, thief, when gold loses its lustre, and the gems cease to sparkle, and the throne room becomes a prison; and all that is left is a father's love for his child. |

Mach7, obviously you have been promoted to Rock Star status here on All Sci-Fi!
Needless to say, we'd all welcome any-and-all pictures of your workshop, your worktable, and your creations — both the planning stages, the component parts, the works in progress . . . and the triumphant completion!
Mach7, if I can display several galleries of my own artwork (along with other artists) as welll as my novels and short stories, then it makes perfect sense to present the fine creative efforts of its members.
All Sci-Fi is much more than just a message board for people to chat back and forth — it's a treasure chamber of brilliant ideas, spirited debates, lively discussions, and fascinating information we share with each other.
For that reason, please feel free to share your own treasures with us whenever you wish. _________________ ____________

Thanks VERY much for all the kind words.
I very much appreciate it.
I've collected it over my life.
Bud, The collection is mostly in my basement, around my workbench. My workbench is always messy.
The exception is the 2001 and my Wand Co phaser and communicator. They are upstairs.
I'm happy to give more information about anything, just ask.
I have in progress photos of everything I've built.
A few highlights (for me) are the JLong communicator, I have his P1, but it's not complete, almost done.
Fiberglass midgrade phaser 2, a garage kit. VERY close to what was used on the show.
Crapazoid (Vac formed) phaser 2 that I scratch built.
Lord Garth remote that was scratch built.
TOS data slate, scratch built.
Scratch built 1/2 Horta with modified Kirk/Spock
SSC Leif Erickson converted and lit from a UFO mystery ship
Mugato conversion kit.
The Invaders season 1 and 2 gun resin kits.
Marco TOS tricorder.
Modified 1/12 scale Mercury.
MPC 22 inch eagle with metal, I have a build thread posted here.
I have all the parts for a hero phaser 2, That will be a daunting bid.
I'm almost done the 1/350 TOS Enterprise. |
