Richard Eyer, star of The Invisible Boy and The 7th Voyage of Sinbad, plays a boy who can neither hear nor speak because of a head injury when he was a baby. But he seems to have a strange connection with the animals on and around his farm.
A kindly social worker and a famous doctor arrange to have Richard undergo surgery to restore his speech and hearing — but he looses is unusual connection with the critters.
